We ship anywhere in the world. All orders that are to be delivered within the continental U.S. states (lower 48 states) will only incur a $14.99 shipping & handling charge regardless of how many items are ordered. Therefore, the more you order, the more you save. It’s just another way that we at RECON Truck Accessories express our gratitude and thanks for your patronage. All packages will require signature at time of delivery.
RECON Truck Accessories Shipping & Handling Charges Per Order:
$14.99 Per Order – Within the continental U.S. aka lower 48 United States
$43.00 Per Order – To Alaska, & Hawaii & anywhere Outside the United States
A: We are not responsible for a package that gets lost in shipping. However if the freight company (ex. FedEx) deems the package as lost, we will ship out a replacement of the same item. Please remember we will only ship out a replacement if the freight company claims it as lost.
The procedure you must follow is this:
1) Call Fedex at (800) GO-FEDEX & get a claim #
2) Email the claim # to us at lostshipment@reconaccessories.com along with your order #, part #, description of loss, first & last name, shipping address, & phone #
3) Wait to be contacted within 72 hours via email by one of our customer service representatives. After we confirm the loss with Fedex, you will then be sent a replacement item at no additional cost.

A: If your product was damaged during shipping, you must contact the shipper (FedEx) within 48 hours of receiving the product. At that time you will need to file a damage claim with the shipper and NOT with us. You will be provided a claim # & a tracking # which you must supply to us via email along with a brief description of the problem you had. The email address you should use is: CS@GoRECON.com
After we receive your email, we will send you out a replacement item at no additional cost.
